Have had numerous experiences along these lines, but especially the following ones did qualify-from a personal standpoint/viewpoint-as the iconic, almost life changing favorites will highly unlikely, maybe never tire of:

    Knize Ten
Caron pour un Homme and several other Carons
    Armani Eau pour Homme
several Guerlains including but not limited to Mouchoir de Monsieur and Songe d'un Bois d'Ete
Ambre Sultan along with other fragrances by Lutens
    Antaeus
ADP Colonia, most of the other Colonia renditions/concentrations and also most of their Blu Mediterraneo line
vintage Furyo, Joint by Roccobarocco, Spazio Krizia
Akkad and other EDPs by Lubin
several EDPs by Frederic Malle, including Bois d'Orage and Geranium pour Monsieur
    Santos
    Rocabar by Hermes
    Esencia Loewe
several Penhaligon's like Blenheim Bouquet, Sartorial, Opus 1870
    Aramis Tuscany
Creed BDP, along with other Creeds like also Aventus, Royal Mayfair, OV, REL

I'm not surprised, I would've predicted most of these.

I'd consider for example Kouros to be one of the greatest perfumes of all time, but I tire of it pretty quickly, same with Habit Rouge, Knize Ten and Tauer's L'Air).
Some I really really really enjoy (and which have stood the test of time, sort of) are:

    Timbuktu
    Eau de Rochas Homme
    Eau d'Ikar
    Comme des Garcons 2Man
    Incense Extreme
    Breath of God
    Basala
    Luciano Pavarotti
    Gainsboro Exception
    Givenchy Vetyver
    Oud Imperial
    Epic Man
    Sauvage EdT (yes)
    Old Spice
    Encre Noire

    Moschino Pour Homme
    Anthracite Pour L'Homme by Jacomo
    Avon Öland
    Houbigant Fougère Royale
    Creed Bois du Portugal

    But more practically they are:

    Avon Black Suede
    Aramis by Estée Lauder
    Dior Eau Sauvage
    Acqua di Selva by Victor
Samba for Men by The Perfumer's Workshop

Forget about ‘of all time’ since I plan on remaining alive tomorrow I never seem to get tired of these though:

    Armani Eau Pour Homme (vtg)
    Ralph Lauren Polo (vtg)
    Guerlain Mitsouko extrait
    Loewe Esencia
    Floris 1962
    Odori Cuoio
    Creed Original Vetiver

Rather unsurprisingly quite a number of them are designers..
