Thumbs up Good date scent, that is not known by everyone.

I just bought la nuit de l'homme, but i am regretting it, because I dont want to smell like any other guy out there.

Please could you recommend a very good perfume, for a date? longevity should be more than 4 hours and still not be a skin scent if possible. But I could live with it beind a skin scent after a few hours, but if it is not, then its great.

The scent does not need to be "safe". I will go test it myself, so just give me your best shots

Im not looking into Aventus price level, as I believe it to be a "too expensive" smell. I do want to smell good, but aventus is just too much to pay for it.

Bleu de chanel is also overly used maybe?

I have been out smelling and smelling and smelling, but there is just so many scents, and im drowning in perfumes.

Aventus is very much in the higher end of fragrance prices.

And yes, bleu de chanel and all the dior lines are massively popular (with good reason)
But you could still go with a more niche brand that isn't as expensive as Creed, Roja or Nishane (for instance)
I've heard a lot of good for fragrances like Replica-By the fireplace or Rasasi- La Yuqawam (both around 110$ for 100ml i believe).

If that's too expensive, it's will be a bit difficult to chose something original and i'd go with something you just very much love, maybe Dolce&Gabanna the One or L'homme Ideal EDP Guerlain (both very popular but maybe slightly less than Bleu de Chanel or La nuit de l'Homme)

The One by D&G is a good one but also still very popular. Maybe seek out D&G Intenso. Or one of the ADG flankers. Prada has a good selection of stuff that isn't overused in the general populace. Prada L'Homme, Milano, or any of the Luna Rossa flankers.

Didn't mention but I second the previous posts suggestion for Luna Rossa flankers. They smell very nice and arent too popular

Lalique Hommage al Homme is a great date fragrance IMO (think Farenheit without the gasoline note) that you can cop for about 25 quid though discounters.

Not everyones cup of tea (very violet) but I find it very sexy, and it's not super common.

    Trust hednic on this one.

I’d recommend a travel atomiser of Roja Parfum Sultanate of Oman - it’s subtle but beautiful as a date scent. Don’t have to go full bottle on this, just keep it for special occasions.

welcome jesper_j82, my recommendation is either TF's Tobacco Oud Intense or Oud Wood Intense for a good date night scent where you won't smell like anyone else.

The scents I wear and are favorably noticed by my 20 something female coworkers are: Bleu de Chanel, edt, Mont Blanc Legend, Armani Acqua di Gio, Versace Eau Fraiche, Polo Blue edt, and Sauvage edt.
Yeah, I know they are quite common.
If you can, try and ask for a few samples at Sephora.

Layton by Parfums de Marly is ideal.

Also consider Acqua di Gio Profumo.

Chanel Egoiste is great unique date frag, in my opinion, just go easy on the trigger. So is Heritage edt. My dumb reaches remain Aventus and GIT though for such occasions.

+1 Endymion. Especially considering that you like La Nuit. Not that they smell totally alike but they have a similar aromatic/spicy thing going on. Endymion is also very romantic, so it fits the bill for a date fragrance perfectly imho. The retail price may be a bit steep, but you can often find good offers online if you look around.
