    Question Creed pure white cologne

Wow this is amazing. Better than anything else in its genre. Better than dior cologne royale which I own and enjoy.

Reviews suggest it doesn’t have much staying power. I almost bought a bottle but the > $500 price tag and questions about longevity made me decide against.

It is a great but pricey scent. It goes in my top 10 for best scents I’ve ever smelled.

Spencer was a fan i think.
It’s tragic to think that heroic man’s great destiny is to become economic man, that men will be reduced to craven creatures who crawl across the globe competing for money, who spend their nights dreaming up new ways to swindle each other.

Nice, but not my favorite Creed in the cologne genre. I prefer Neroli Sauvage.

It was ok but not worth its price tag. I would suggest something like Chanel Eau de Cologne.

I love it and was the only Creed I broke down and bought a full flacon of (all for myself). I have been recommending it here for years. It is one of the most versatile, appealing scents I know of. You can dress it up, or dress it down. It's great for bumming around in blue jeans, or going to a wedding. And I find it completely non-offensive. It's one of the few fragrances I own that I have actually received compliments on when I wear it.

I never understood all the comments of poor longevity. For me, it's exactly the opposite. It lasts all day on me, and I frequently smell it when I wake up the next day. It's one of the longest lasting citrus fragrances in my wardrobe.

A very classy offering from Creed. Dressed up, dressed down as mentioned above and great in the office. It does last longer than Chanel's Eau de Cologne, for example, but doesn't project much after the first hour or so. Happy to own this one.

With so many people reporting limited projection and longevity of PWC, it makes me wonder if the reason I have always gotten such great performance from it is because I have an older flacon from 2013.

I've never heard of "batch" differences or reformulations when it comes to PWC, but I suppose anything is possible.

Pure White Cologne is in my top 10 Fragrances all time probably right around 6 or 7 it's amazing as far as longevity I get around 6 or so hours which is what I expect from the type of fragrance that it is.

Mine's definitely newer, but it's also skin chemistry and environment. I do get whiffs of it throughout the day, but I just don't think it's a projection-type of fragrance to begin with.

My favorite EDC class. Top three Creed with SMW and Aventus. I take it on vacations and on special occasions so I associate the distinct scent with "good times". Lasts a good five hours minimum (with sprays on shirt along with skin) even on humid days.

Costco for a few days had the 75er for $150. Bought three and Im set for life probably.

Great fragrance that lives up to the "cologne" moniker - read: it doesn't project for long but it definitely lasts at least 4-5 hours.

I actually bought it when it was still named Original Cologne.

Glad to have this one. It's no longer one of my absolute favorites like it once was, but I do still love it. I find it lasts much longer than what many others say. It's not a beast of course, but it does have some staying power - certainly more than others in the same genre.
    Current Summer Favorites:

    1. Xerjoff - Nio
    2. Tom Ford - Rive d’Ambre
    3. Dior - Homme Cologne 2013
    4. The Different Company - De Bachmakov
    5. Armani - Code Sport Athlete
    6. Montale - Aoud Legacy
    7. Dior - Homme Sport 2008
    8. by Kilian - Straight to Heaven
    9. Ermenegildo Zegna - Sicilian Mandarin
    10. Creed - Pure White Cologne

The longevity is poor for me. It lasts maybe 3 hours. I get only about 1 hour of limited projection. I have to carry a travel sprayer and re-spray. It's extremely expensive so I just can't afford to reach for this a lot. I only have a small number of wearings and have a dent in the bottle that would suggest more than twice that number of wearings. If you want this as your signature fragrance you better have some bucks to spend.

As to the scent....as a male floral you would be hard pressed to match it in terms of spring/summer outdoor freshness (or if you want to be reminded of the outdoors while you're indoors).

You sum it up well: great but pricey. Probably in my top 10 as well. Performs well enough.

Yeah the only cologne styles that beat it on longevity are the ones saturated with musk; Malle and Dior Prive. Too musky.

Plus this is unique compared to others and doesn't have a stingy alcoholic opening.

I do like it, but for the price, found it too floral.

The purest and whitest of colognes from what I hear.

Actually, just a pretty good cologne take with a monster price tag.

The rice note in this was very nice, I quite enjoyed it. Besides that, also reminded me of a classy take on Versace Eau Fraiche.

Longevity is very good on my skin(+12 hours), but projection is between low(first 2-3 hours) and skin scent .. I guess most of us want longevity of some(decent) projection..

Its a really nice fragrance, and i have no issues with longevity. It does stop projecting very far after about 3-4 hours, but i get whiffs of it all day. Regarding the price, keep an eye as Costco gets them in at times, they sold the 75ml bottles for $150 last year.
