    Post Fragrance damaged or noseblind?

Hi, so I recently got Versace Eros about a month ago. I recently noticed it gotten weaker especially on my skin, I use to spray on wrist and it lasts all day and now it only last a few hrs. Also when I open the bottle cap it smells more alcoholic than before. Im not sure if this is noseblind or is my fragrance damaged? I have a mini heater that I use from time to time, but idk if that is the problem. It does not smell as sweet as before. Can someone help me out? If you have any other questions feel free to ask, thank you.

Sounds like you're going noseblind, especially if you wear it every day.

Yeah. Noseblind. If you wear a fragrance often enough your brain begins to shut off detection to the scent. If you buy different scents and rotate them then you stand a better chance of this not being such a big deal when you get around to wearing it the next time.

Ask. If you can't smell it and others can your nose has gone blind.

Noseblind, spray away from your nose and add other fragrances to your rotation keeps it fresh and lets your nose relax from same fragrance over and over.

People usually wash hands each time, not wrists, right?

THere is too much activity going on near or on the wrists all the time. Friction, washes, etc. That is why I do not spray on wrists. Just Chest (the best place) and back of neck!

Considering the quality control of Versace even a damaged bottle short of it being exposed to lots of air via a gaping hole would affect performance, the nose is VERY sensitive even more so than the eye. Just like if you look at too much light and go blind, too much scent especially of the same properties you become blind to. Also consider that you can't smell your own residence, but when a guest comes over they will tell you your house smells a particular way, that's because you are in a sense nose blind to it.

    You're going nose-blind.
I doubt you're storing your perfume directly in front of the heater, fragrances stored in a dark drawer or closet somewhere around the neighborhood of 60-80 Fahrenheit will usually last decades.

    Noseblind.

The only way I'd say it's weaker is if you're comparing your previous experience to your recent ones with two different bottles. In such a case, it would possibly be from reformulations.

Tending to rather agree with noseblind, especially as this fragrance tends to cause likelier olfactory fatigue than others if worn daily/regularly.

This. And don't obsessively sniff your wrist to check on things.
