Have I told you about the scent of jasmine? Have I spoken about the smell of the sea? The earth is scented. And I perfume myself to enhance what I am. That's why I can not wear a perfume that bothers me. Perfuming is an instinctive wisdom. And like all art, it requires some knowledge of yourself..."

I varied my walk route this morning and won't do it again--I chose the scenic route and it was very busy with cyclists, walkers, and runners. Dogs and little kids taking up the sidewalk. I think I will keep to the less popular streets. I'm wearing Shalimar...Mexique and looking forward to a StageIt concert this evening from a singer I like.

tdem, thanks for the news about your husband. May he recover quickly.

Trilby, I'd love to go to a seafood market, but they are all closed here and my freezer is stuffed anyway. Looking forward to going to the coast later this year.

RHM, hoping Sophie's day went all right.
If you can't smell me from six feet away, I'm not wearing enough.

My ear ached when I was in LA visiting Mom & Dad. Went away in a couple of days. Who knows!?

I wore Joy by Jean Patou this morning (the 'new' Eau de Toilette from a decant)...i actually took the decant with me when I went running as a way to 'santiize' my hands if I needed it. It helped. And what a scent to be sanitized with - I love it!

This afternoon I worked out (after my run!), cooked, washed the kitchen, meditated, shaved my head (I look like a soldier now!) and helped Giancarlo shave his. I haven't taken a shower yet, I probably stink. I think after a hot shower it's gonna be some lavender and I happen to have a sample left of this one so why not:

I’ve been away for a day or two and so much news ... some good, some scary. I hope you all are staying calm and doing well!

I’m wearing Lilac Love and it’s not really sitting well with me ... it feels a little suffocating and it’s making me cough.

    Take care everyone!

    Hi, everyone -

Late to the party (again), but I've spent the day smelling rather great in Boy Chanel from my mini.

Hope you all had a safe and satisfying Sunday!

Boy Chanel fragrance notes: Lavender, Lemon, Grapefruit, Rose geranium, Coumarin, Moss, Rose, Orange blossom, Sandalwood, Heliotropin, Vanilla, Musk.
It’s thought that people who hope too much will just waste their life away and never get down to doing any real work. They’re confusing Hope with Wish, its lazy cousin... I went for a power walk this afternoon. Beautiful weather, lots of people out walking.

After a good, hot shower, I’m tucking away for the night with a good and a couple of spritzes of ELdO Nombril Immense.

Mr. Lark and I had a lovely walk this afternoon too. I'm making a conscious effort to smile at and greet passersby. People are very responsive. I'm trying to separate fear of the virus from people.
