Default A Ras El Hanout fragrance suggestion (design & niche)?

    Hi all,

Every time I cook and put Ras El Hanout in the pan, i get a wonderful feeling. I love that complex spicy smell! It comforts me.
Is there any fragrance you can think of having such a spicy note (or similar)? I can thing of Pierre Guillaume - un crime exotique

Along with it, i also really enjoy cinnamon when cooking, maybe do you also have a good fragrance to suggest for that (more common i guess?).

Have a great day and stay safe

Subscribing to thread. I'd love a Ras el Hanout perfume, too.

Not much inspiration for this note? A bit odd considering its intense and paticular. Or maybe is Ras El Hanout a mix a various spices?

Sadly, I have never tried Ras al Hanout, so I cannot provide any suggestion. But now I am very curious.

For cinnamon, Youth Dew is inexpensive and still works very well. The cinnamon I liked the most has sadly disappeared long ago-Kobako, a cinnamon leather (basically, Chanel Cuir de Russie plus cinnamon).

One of my favorite upscale ice cream places, Salt and Straw, did a flavor a while back that had ras el hanout and a rose jam swirl. I imagine that combo would easily translate to a fragrance, although I don't know of any. Curious what others will suggest though.

Well, then I might create as well my own Ras El Hanout fragrance (kidding, have a bad nose )
So for all you who have never smelled or tasted it, i'd suggest it very much. They're numerous not to difficult dishes to make with it and it's delicious.

OP, this might be what you are looking for: Comme des Garçons Parfum. It's the closest I've smelled that comes close to that wonderful mild, comforting, spice-shop smell that you are talking about.
