Default Which niche fragrance for summer?

I like fresh fragrances that are sweet and inviting. Something long lasting that I can put on and wear anywhere for any occasion. Mostly for daily wear. Sometimes it gets fairly hot here like 90 degrees. I’ve got it narrowed down to these possible scents.

    Xerjoff Mefisto
    Xerjoff Mefisto Gentiluomo
    Roja Parfums Elysium Parfum Cologne
    Creed Aventus Cologne
    Nishane Hacivat

Which do you think I should choose?

That is a seriously solid list... why not all? A bit of redundancy with the Xerjoff Mefisto/Mefisto Gentiluomo. I prefer the former but find the latter equally nice.

From your list, I would pick Mefisto Gentiluomo. If you can add others, I would pick Nio from Xerjoff.

Dont go with Hacivat. Ambroxan bomb. If you are not a fan like me, ull regret that purchase. Xerjoff would be my top pick regardless of the version.

Thanks guys. I found Nio to be not my thing. I don’t remember it too much but all I can recall is that I don’t like neroli very much. It is usually fine blended in but I got mostly neroli from it.

Elysium but get the Parfum/Extrait as the standard doesn't last very long.

Thank you for the suggestion of Parfums D’Empire. I’ve only tried Cuir Ottoman and Ambre Russe. Both were nice scents.

Elysium Parfum Extrait is a little out of my price range. I can take any of the mentioned fragrances above for right around the same price.

Are you sure you're not remembering Kobe? Kobe is a neroli bomb and Nio is more bergamot.

Elysium Parfum Cologne might be closer to your range perhaps? I do like this recommendation, but look to the Parfum Cologne.

Di Ser's Keman. Love the scent but performance is weak on me so far. However, I did just receive it in the mail and find that a scent needs to rest for a good week before one can wear and evaluate it fairly and properly. OTOH, some naturals have absolutely poor performance. We shall see!

I remember I actually liked Kobe. It was one of the Xerjoff fragrances that changed in my skin. I think the neroli didn’t stand out quite as much as the petitgrain. The orange was nice and I can recall getting a nice amount of sweetness in the dry down. Also remember Nio went kinda soapy on me which I’m not a fan of soapy fragrances.

Parfum Cologne is still good and performance decent enough for summer freshness, didn't realise there was a budget. you can use the Alexandria Zion (Elysium clone) solid perfume as a base layer for Elysium PC which works well to extend performance

I would suggest Terracotta Le Parfum for something sweet and inviting, amazing coconut perfume. Marketed to women, but who cares?

From your list, Mephisto would be good.

I would recommend considering Xerjoff Nio and Renaissance 1861 as well.

Most beautiful summer scents carry a marketing "pour femme" on their box, my favorite summer perfumes are Mitsouko and Coco Mademoiselle, to me they smell more beautiful and refreshing than any niche I have on high heat and still they are so well made and deep.

As for the OP I still recommend Mitsouko as a Fruity Chypre for the summer ahead of others of the same genre you provided as your options.

From your list, I like the regular Mefisto and Nishane Hacivat.

I have a variety of great summer fragrances, but I tend to first reach for the Creeds (Selection Verte, Scent of Oger, Pure White Cologne, Citrus Bigarrade, Neroli Sauvage).
