Lightbulb Versace Dylan Blue as a signature scent?

Guys, I am looking for one perfume which will be a dumb reach for me, all season, all occasion and pleasing to the ladies. I personally like ADG Profumo. But most girls who smelled it and Dylan blue liked DB better. Not sure why.

Please tell me your personal experiences about Dylan Blue as an all season, all occasion scent. How does it perform? Longevity, sillage etc. are there any better choices out there in a similar price range?

It is a great budget fragrance and it is mass pleasing, if it works with your skin and you enjoy it no reason not to wear it. It can be worn in all occasions seasons etc, if you want a improvement version Bleu De Chanel would be a step up in quality whether it be the EDT/EDP/Parfum.

Though Dylan Blue is already a very good choice, would also consider the very ADG Profumo that you mention as yet another highly versatile choice appropriate for everyday signature wear

Dylan Blue is a bit more youthful, so that might be a factor depending on you and the girls who smelled it. If you prefer Dylan Blue to Profumo, then make it your signature! It is easy enough to find and relatively affordable. If you like Profumo more, go with your preference. It is still mass pleasing enough.

    Please. Don't.

Go with what you like, instead of what others like. You'll be the one wearing it.

Yes, fragrances are to be enjoyed by you the wearer the longer one spends in this hobby they realize this. I have a wardrobe of fragrances I enjoy smelling repeatedly for hours on end and that makes me happy, some are mass pleasing some others might not prefer but I love them.

I have tried it but personally didn't care for it. Performance on my skin was just average.

Whichever one you prefer, friend. The ladies will like it either way, they're both good. ADG Profumo is a much better choice IMO.

I'm gonna tell you what tell any friend who tries too hard to impress someone else: just do what you yourself like the most, if you don't like yourself enough to embrace your taste noone else feels safe to do so (why would they?), also I've never slept with someone "because of" my perfumes don't let the commercials and influencers brainwash you.

Anyway I find Dylan Blue very unimpressive and forgettable, I recommend Bleu de Chanel or Antaeus or whatever else you like the most.

Dylan Blue is quite loud for the first few hours and fills up an average room. Between the two you mentioned, I prefer Dylan Blue over ADF Profumo. If you're aim here is to please others, it will do just that. There's a red head at work who always knows when I put on Dylan Blue, as she always makes her way to my desk with her signature smile and tells me I'm wearing "it" again.

It would be tough for me to wear Dylan Blue year round though as a signature scent, because I do get sick of it after a few days. That might be because I have so many more to wear and crave a lot more of what I have (and don't have YET). But for the occasional and even a more than occasional dumb reach, I think it's a good choice for the purposes that you set forth.

If all you're looking for is validation from others (especially anyone you view as potential date material) when you wear fragrance, then just wear whatever the YouTube FragBros say is a "banger", and welcome to the machine. Your number is 020733597

Otherwise, wear what brings you joy and have confidence in so doing. People worrh having around will gravitate to that more, I promise.

If it’s gonna be this way, it has to be something YOU love at first place, regardless what other people think about it. If you really want other people to like it, think about something you love first and that other people like too, that you love and it’s popular. Then it will be a real “dumb reach”.
I don’t understand. It is so vast that surpasses all understanding.Understanding is always limited. But not understanding can have no boundaries.I feel like I'm much more complete when I don't understand. Not understanding, like I say,is a gift. Not understanding, but not as a simple-minded.The good thing is to be intelligent and not understand. It's a strange blessing, like having craziness without being crazy. It is a meek disinterest,it is a stupid sweetness.

It's probably because ADG Profumo is a more mature or formal smelling fragrance. It feels like something you'd wear on a date to an extremely expensive restaurant, while wearing a suit and maybe a long coat, on a winter evening. It's not casual at all, in my opinion, nor is it versatile.

Please tell me your personal experiences about Dylan Blue as an all season, all occasion scent. How does it perform? Longevity, sillage etc. are there any better choices out there in a similar price range?
I really like Dylan Blue but it's a little loud for my tastes. I'd like to have it in my collection but I doubt I'd wear it often. It skews to the younger side of things in my opinion, and it's more of a date night scent to me. It's more versatile but I wouldn't wear it during hot summer days. But if you have the personality and look for it, I can see it being someone's go-to signature.

I prefer Dolce & Gabbana K because it's smoother all the way through and while it smells similar to Dylan Blue, it's less "hey, girl, what's up with me an' you?"
They're almost the same scent but K speaks firmly while Dylan Blue shouts.

I’d take ADG Profumo over DB every time, even when people I know have referred to it as a bit “old man” smelling which personally I don’t think it is (I’m I’m my early 30’s). You should go for something that you love the smell of though if it’s to be your signature scent as you’ll be spending a LOT of time with it and don’t want to choose something that you don’t overly enjoy yourself (try YSL Y edp, Sauvage and BdC if Versace DB is to your taste, these all sit in a similar category but you might find one is more to your preference).

If you are just looking for mass appealing (and there’s nothing wrong with this, we all wear fragrance for different reasons) then I’d suggest searching “most complimented” on YouTube and getting your nose on them to see what you find suits you best (age, style and location plays a big part with some of these btw - here’s looking at you A&F Fierce or Versace Eros).

Also one mans most complimented might not work for someone else, take Jeremy Fragrance, he’s a good looking guy, well groomed and dressed, he would probably get compliments from women no matter the fragrance he wears (sorry to use Jeremy as an example but this is where OP is heading if searching most complimented on YouTube lol!).

Good luck in your search for a signature scent and let us know what you settle on.

I sampled Dylan Blue in a store and thought it smelled harsh and terrible.

You should wear the AdG Profumo if you like it. It's leagues better. More importantly, you'll feel more at home in it. At the end of the day, that's what women will respond to.

Not a fan of Dylan Blue.

Also found performance to be abysmal in comparison to Sauvage and Bleu
