Dr. Bobbie Kelley, Master Perfumer, lives in Maui Hawaii and is the professional perfumer for Paragon Perfumes LLC. She is the creator of many perfumes including the parfum, For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge. She teaches both private individuals, perfume schools and perfume companies all over the world how to create perfume as well as critiques new formulas for the market.
