I adore the new gentiane blanche by Hermes for summer and hermessence vetiver tonka and amber arguile for winter.

I favor 'non classic" chypres, such as X by Clive Christian for women and Roja Dove's Unspoken. Adore the under rated acqua di parma profumo. on occasion wear a gourmand like Zucchero or iles D'Or. Favorite fragrances usually include iris, benzoin, oakmoss,leather, gaiac wood, patchouli
I wore Rive Gauche and Calandre as a young adult pre niche 1980s. both Chypres.

I am not Chanel fan with exception of Sycomore and christalle- others too much aldehydes, nor do i like the "Boucheron' band of 80s scents. Anything very spicy, incensey, too fruity or overpowering (HUGE MONSTER white flower fragrances) are scrubbers on me.

on the body odour chart I am cumin and my natural skin scent is creamy/almond

gaiaic by m. Miccalaf is a skin scent on me. As is fragrance x by DSH

CANNOT ABIDE : DARK, 'FASHIONABLY SKANKY' CIVET, INCENSEY SO POPULAR NOW . GREEN,ALDEHYDES, CLEAN, FRUIT SALADS, TOPLOADING, HEAVY ORIENTALS, MOST CHANEL, MOST GUERLAIN, MANY ULTRA ARTISNAL AND MOST SYNTHETIC FRAGRANCES.
