Reviews of Horizon

To me, this smells like David Beckham Homme (rectangle bottle with circle design pattern).. which is supposed to be a relative to Terre d'Hermes.. which I get as well. Much less citrus, if any, but overall that dirty earthy vibe. Only TdH as much as I dislike, is so much better than this drek. This is so fake smelling, it kind of smells like Comet mixed with dirty dishes. Waste of $18. The Extreme version is world's better, but still not great.

Half decent casual scent for when you want to save your more expensive fragrances.

Little bit of citrus, chocolate and maybe tobacco?? A bit watery and lightweight.

TdH and LIDGE...yes. Or TdH and Kokorico.
I like this and surprised it doesn't get more praise.
So different, so unlike the masses. The notes do seem to fight and therefore become a little hard to position in one's mind. But I find that with multiple wearings, your nose and head know what is coming.

For me this is like a cross between terre de hermes and l'instant ..I prefer this to Terre Dr hermes , projects really well for a couple of hours and smells old school but completely wearable for the modern era..yes it's slightly synthetic but overall it's a nice suprise from Davidoff and will make a good summer cologne because it's very light ..sparkles with good citrus and woods ..not too heavy on patchouli but a nice pinch to add intrigue...has a juicy feel at first and uplifting..slightly soapy , nice simple bottle design. After davidoff released that awful 'the game' at least this is a step back in the right direction albeit nothing ground breaking but wearable and certainly attractive to females. You can't blame davidoff for releasing this, they needed to find stability and then pave the way again for a future release that may be a creative gamble.

A modern classic scent with a soothing and seductive warmth.Horizon is a good example of a generic woody scent.not necessarily a bad fragrance but it is just similar a lot of fragrances on market.a safe masculine fragrance that will just do nicely for average taste who does care about complexity in a scent.Pleasant,Woody,Fresh,Versatile,Spicy,Masculine, Refined and Earthy.

The spiceness of ginger, the freshness of citruses, the warmness of pepper and the crispness of vetiver revealing a radiant and spirited personality and simply gives you an unobtrusive clean, pleasant way but can seducting the senses.the dry down is absoloutely masculine.spicy but not heavy in any way.the scent can be worn in the work/office.

Longevity?Could be better.

Bought a 75ml bottle for $20.00 at Shopper's Drug mart because I had never heard of it or smelled it ever. I have worn it many times and I can't form a valid opinion...yet...maybe it is more appropriate in winter? Something about it smells weird, cheap, old man ish...but something smells unique and distinctive. Glad it wasn't more...though aspects of it around the cheap smell expensive(should that make sense, lol)
