Can I advertise on Basenotes?

Will you take part in a link exchange, or sell a text link?

We do not take part in link exchanges, nor do we sell text links at this time.

How can we add our products to the fragrance directory?

We require the following information from you about each of your products that you wish to include in the directory.
  • name of product
  • house of product
  • year of launch
  • name of perfumer(s)
  • name of bottle / packaging designer(s)*
  • the fragrance notes
  • a high res image of the product
* if applicable

Email ( info-at-basenotes-dot-net ) with the subject "Directory Inclusion" or mail information to our mailing address: Basenotes, BCM Box 1111, LONDON, WC1N 3XX, United Kingdom.

Can we send you a press release about our product?

Yes. Please email to news.desk@basenotes.net or mail to Basenotes.net, BCM Box 1111, London, WC1N 3XX, United Kingdom

Can we send you a fragrance for review?

As a website, we don't actually review fragrances ourselves - we let our readers do this. However, we are happy to receive samples of products for our reference. These can be mailed to: Basenotes.net, BCM Box 1111, London, WC1N 3XX, United Kingdom.

We'd like to run a competition with you. Can we?
