German hair-styling company, PomadeShop, has released a new vintage-style perfume, Lucky Lulu Lily of the Valley. Specialising in the types of pomade, brilliantine, hair cream and hair tonic which hark back to the 1920s - 1950s, PomadeShop also sells colognes and after shaves. Lucky Lulu is the first feminine brand they have revived.

Lucky Lulu was the former brand of one of the largest cosmetics manufacturers of the USA 1930 / 40s - the Valmor Products Company from Chicago. Lucky Lulu hit the market in 1936 and enjoyed nationwide popularity. With the closure of the Valmor Products Company in 1984, Lucky Lulu also fell into a deep sleep. In 2015, Lucky Lulu was honored at the Chicago Cultural Center within a Valmor exhibition. Now this fascinating brand returns with the Lucky Lulu Lily of the Valley Eau de Parfum.

Housed in 1930s style packaging, Lucky Lulu Lily of the Valley is described as a ‘sparkling and cheerful’ fragrance which, amongst other notes, features lily of the valley, peony, green leaves, ivy, lime and jasmine, at a price of €39.99 for a 50ml bottle.
