Noir to me smells oriental. Noir Extreme is a borderline gourmand.

If you can afford Noir de Noir, that's what I would buy instead. If not, it's a decent substitute.

I personally own a bit of Le Labo. Some offerings are hyped up (santal 33). But overall, price not withstanding, are good options.
