Haha it's become my current dumb reach after almost getting rid of both my vintage and newer bottles. I'm suddenly obsessed with it. I just love that dry down.

Re: TF Ombre Leather Vs Tuscan Leather

Definitely agree. The jasmine in OL makes it lean feminine for me as well. TL is simply rougher by comparison though in an aesthetically pleasing way to my nose.

Tuscan Leather for me. It's a bit more rock n roll to my nose. I don't like the floral aspects in OL. Also, Drake wrote a song about TL - that's either good news or bad news haha.

I thought those were simply statements of fact? :lolk: Anyhoo, I think you'll dig NYI. At times, it seems like multiple fragrances in one but it remains incredibly smooth and masculine.
  20. Re: What am I missing? Where have warm, 'ambery' masculine fragrances gone?

If we're discussing Lalique and BdP then Nicolai New York Intense might be the one. I absolutely love that frag - masculine and complex without being stuffy or too sweet.
  21. Re: The Official Creed Green Irish Tweed thread!

Re: Aventus batch numbers, part 2

  26. Re: Letting Go: Fragrances you fell out of love with before buying a full bottle

  28. Re: Has a Fragrance You've Bought End Up Trumping Over an Existing Fragrance You've Liked?

It might be an odd comparison for some, but Aramis Tuscany has replaced Chanel Allure Sport Cologne for me. It's a bit more robust but also far more complex. CASC now just smells flat by comparison.
  29. Re: What am I missing? Where have warm, 'ambery' masculine fragrances gone?

  34. Re: The Official Creed Green Irish Tweed thread!

Listen to Metallica's Death Magnetic for an example of some of the worst mastering out there. At the opposite end, I think the original mastering of Van Morrison's Astral Weeks is absolutely stellar.
