  1. Re: One Man Show Oud Edition - I don't know to be happy or scared...

Like a bunch of Bogart releases, this has become something of a cult classic, and at current prices there's no harm in picking it up.

  4. Re: Lalique Hommage a L'Homme: Any fans of this one?

Prices have crept up on this one. I think it's great stuff.

Recently tried Chambre Noire and it reminded me a lot of this, but I found it compositionally inferior.

Good suggestion. The EDP is heavier on the amaretto than the EDT.
  10. Re: Caron- Pour un Homme Sport - Very Underrated...

There's strong, herbal lavender with a minty edge.

It's not very sporty. There's a pronounced sorbet-style citrus and a salty ambergris base giving it an aromatic quality.
  11. Re: Any houses where you automatically blind buy every release?

No. That's a recipe for too much clutter.
  12. Re: Caron- Pour un Homme Sport - Very Underrated...

  38. Re: Sample Pass and Testing -- Les Indémodables

  43. Re: AMAZING Tobacco Vanille clone at fragrance outlet

Vanille Persuasive reminds me a lot of the Al Haramain Amber Oud TV riff. It's kinda rough and unpolished, with a sour note in the mid that feels unintentional.
  44. Re: Tabac Rouge.......Damn This Is Good Stuff
