Kids love getting stickers for things they've achieved, and I don't think adults are that much different.

Here's something I knocked up this afternoon (in avoidance of real work). The Basenotes Reward chart.

There are four stickers currently available, I'll add more soon! Have fun

Cool! Thanks for explaining, Grant. LOL! I wondered why the Parcel one looked like a US Band-aid. (Plaster in UK???) Makes sense now.

Dear Grant. Am utterly confused. Trying to figure out if I have none as yet (being something of a newbie) or if I actually have two. (Which would be nice!) I'm sure it all makes sense. Possibly I've been on the stupid pills again? xx

Okay so here is my guess; it has to be quantifiable:

"Parcel hero" is based on how many iTrader feedbacks?
"Friendly" is based on how many "friends" one has on one's profile page?
100 posts is self-explanatory
"Famous" has to do with how many blog posts one has?
