Boozy fruit. A fine autumn fragrance. Blind bought the 65ml bottle.

The first time I smelled it I thought "This IS LeDandy". So, I did a side-by-side with Le Dandy (100ml, silver cap) and perceived quite a bit of similarity in their open/mid, but they grow apart in the dry down. Definitely a similar vibe to me but clearly not the same. I like both but prefer the D'Orsay.

It's grouped with my bottles of Le Dandy, Michael Kors, Nicole Miller, and Bogart pH.

I am eager to learn about this fragrance too as Luckyscent has had it listed as a top Male fragrance. I believe ryegne speaks very highly of it.I think it has been reissued in a different bottle not sure if it's a total reformulation or not.

Very easy to wear, great longevity. As already said, cognac vibe with fruit, nice in cool weather.

    This.

A bit heavy and dark IMO, not light citrus-y fruit. I have a small sample of it. I think it is OK - not FB worthy IMO.

I really enjoy this stuff. It's very fresh, clean and warm smelling. On top is a combination of green leaves, bergamot and lavender (and I usually dislike lavender, so it's well layered.) In the middle, Frank leans to a very rich resinous/boozy and slightly fruity with the plum vibe. The base simply adds a little light spice and wood to the middle. Overall, I really enjoy this stuff. I won't ever be without it.

I finally sampled it this morning..
    I get a very musky/boozy drydown..
not FB worthy to me but I will use my 15 ml decant very sparingly..
Longevity is not an issue as mentioned but Frapin does it better..
