I so agree regarding Tauer. Although I do not have any of his more recent perfumes (after 2013). I think I may have tried a sample of Sotto la Luna Gardenia (or was it Noontide Petals) but it was super strong on me. I bet his attar is amazing.

No, it was nice but I enjoy Tobacco Oud Intense more. I have decided to not purchase anything till 2022, I'm just going to enjoy what I have and be happy with that!

Wow, 15 month hiatus. That is serious business. I could go six months easy, 15 probably not.

Today I ran out of J'Adore, one of my favorite perfumes. On the one hand, my hands are tempted to buy it again, but on the other, here I was advised so many different perfumes that it would be a sin not to buy at least one of them, but rather two. Moreover, it will soon become noticeably colder and the perfume can be used every day. In summer, the smell of perfume sometimes even makes the heat more unbearable, so in summer I rarely use it.

With a wardrobe your size, you shouldn't get bored. I hope to hear from you on here as you discover new facets of old perfumes and make memories with the bottles you already own.

My hope is to really dive into my collection with a fresh take on things, rediscover and hopefully have a new appreciation for them. Thanks Prince

Yes, goodbye to the edt. Tomorrow the sun rises on a new bottle, of edp. In the case of Beige, the edp seems like it's going to be fine. Maybe it's an easier recipe to duplicate.

Another Chanel Les Exclusifs EdT bit the dust today as I finished my second decant of Bois des Iles. I need to check out the EdP version, I seem to remember Bois des Iles was one of the ones that stayed quite close to the EdT version, but I might be wrong. Has anyone compared these two?

Thank you, cello! The edp is not identical to the edt, which itself had been modified along the line, but the edp is very lovely. I hope you get to try it.

Today I finished the remains of Sarah Jessica Parker Lovely, a 100 ml Anniversary edition bottle. I've been spraying my masks with it lately, so I drained it waaaaaay quicker than I would by normally wearing it. It's a very nice scent and I enjoyed it, but I enjoy the Narciso Rodriguez line more.

    Congrats to those emptying bottles.

ClockworkAlice - I never replenished my bottle of Lovely by SJP either when I finished it. Like you, I found it to be a very nice scent but it's so very similar to several other perfumes - NR, Gucci, etc.

Fiveoaks - Nice photo, I really like the look of the Chanel stopper parfum bottles.

Okay, drumroll here, I finished a bottle! LOL. I think I opened my very first backup bottle today, Arquiste Anima Dulcis. Put a red mark on the calendar, I can’t remember when I last finished a bottle. I think it was MPG Bahiana, many years ago.
