Default Uer Mi - new perfume brand

I don't think I've seen this brand mentioned anywhere.
Antoine Lie's name caught caught my attention the other day, so i picked up a 15ml travel pack of the line.

Very nice in general. Synthetic, quirky but clearly with direction.

Default New niche line: Ur M (Antoine Lie, Philippe Bousseton, Jean Jacques)

Anyone heard about this newcomer in the trendy/minimalist segment of niche? Just got the samples of all the line from a friend.
Takasago's synthetic craft at its best (take it as sarcasm) - featuring Philippe Bousseton, Jean Jacques and Antoine Lie "under the artistic direction of Palmiro Peaquin" (got this information from a site, have no idea of who the guy is).

I approached this line only for "review purposes" as personally I wouldn't spend a single euro for this type of stuff, but anyway, I noticed none spoke about this here yet, so here's the thread.

They've a website but it is empty for the moment:

    http://www.uermi.com/

Some shops already sell these however, notably Profumo in Milan but also some European online shops.

The names are as unexciting as they get. Random guess: velvione, cashmeran, safraleine (in the best of cases, could be a worse chemical). No idea about denim...

Is this house based in Italy Colin?

I think yes! Not sure, though. Palmiro Peaquin is an Italian entrepreneur working in perfumery/cosmetics field, I think he already tried to make his way in the niche segment with a line called Histoires d'Eaux some years ago.

Me too, I think that's the concept, ahah. So far I've tried Suede just for curiosity (not a proper test, just a quick spray) and it's in fact all Iso E Super and safraleine with geraniol and something minty. My guess for Denim which I've just tried on is coumarin, musk ketones, damascone and cyclopidene with perhaps still some safraleine as the base is slightly rubbery - shortly a synthetic rose-tuberose with a white musks-suede base and a hint of spices, all still quite "white" and minimalistic, I don't know what it has to do with jeans but it smells fairly nice - bit cheap, but clean.

I think the concept behind this is to offer "plain scents" customers may combine together or with other scents (or something like that).

Great time to start a niche line. Must be a thousand of them now. No matter what half-baked drek it is people usually think it's better than all of Guerlain combined.

I picked up the sampler pack a few moNths ago.

Writer the current mode perfumista that I am, none of them felt FBW to me. It takes a lot to add something to my wardrobe now.

But if I eye a normal user with a conventional buying strategy - that is: buy a few perfumes, use them up, replenish etc etc

    I started a thread here.

Perhaps lpp could merge this to that.
