Just thought of something with the seasonal quarterly idea, the northern and southern hemispheres. Maybe have the title as Today, I'm particularly enjoying... - Winter 2020/2021 as most posters are from the northern hemisphere but acknowledge the southern hemisphere (Summer) in the first post content.
If you have a preference between seasonal quarterly and monthly, please comment quickly as we are almost to the end of month and need to make a decision!

Really enjoying my SOTN, HdP’s 1725

Now I'm thinking (over thinking) about solstices and equinoxes and how some countries start their seasons on the first and others don't! So, although the seasonal format has worked very well for the "New Releases" threads and I like the idea of seasonal fragrance threads, there may be too many variables for all of us to agreed on. How about we try the monthly format in December and see how many posts/pages that thread generates and go from there... The option to switch to quarterly starting in Jan 2021 is still there (four threads a year instead of 12).

I just love to wear Mugler B*Men during colder months.

My SOTD, Crabtree & Evelyn’s West Indian Limes, is quite refreshing on the wet, cool, and gloomy south Louisiana day.

was wearing Dior Homme (original) for a lunch out with my wife.
It is a very fine scent. Smells clean crisp and smart.
Loving it

Dior Homme EDT (original). It was my signature scent back in the day and I only have a few sprays left of the original bottle, finally found a backup 50ml at a discounter store and wore it again for the first time in a few years. Wow is smells just like I remembered it, so good! Whoever decided replacing this with Dior Homme 2020 was a good idea should be imprisoned for crimes against olfactive art.

It's been suggested in another thread that some of these perfume related topics would be better suited in the General forum. At the moment this thread has mainly male posters as it's in the Male forum but I think this topic would generate more interest and posts if it was in the General with a monthly format. I hope everyone will be o.k. with this..... Any thoughts as we need to start the new monthly thread today? There would be two options with this current long thread - close it and leave it here in the Male forum or close it and move it to General so all the threads as in the same place.
