Dior knows what they're doing when it comes to taking their masculine EdTs and turning them into Parfums. That's for damn sure.

My esp parfum is coming Tuesday!

After that I’ll wait for sauvage parfum.

FP is Tippity top level scent. I think it’s better than DHP

I would have a hard time to decide which one I like better.
So for the sake of simplicity I'd just say someone needs to get both.

I love all the Dior blokey parfums, I think they're really well done and could easily have been entrants into the Privee line or whatever it's called these days.

For me: DHP>ESP2012>FLP>ESP2017 but it's testament to the quality of these that ESP2017 is a stellar scent too. I've backed the first three up heavily, with five bottles of DHP in the wings and about 600ml of ESP2012 - 200ml bottles of this were available on eBay UK for a short while before prices rocketed.

Haven't purchased a bottle in a few months. Might end up purchasing a bottle of this.

Agreed — it’s the best version of Fahrenheit. Absolute is good, too. Third in line: Fahrenheit Summer. Fourth: Fahrenheit 32.

Try as I may, I still can’t make peace with the petrol note in the original.

I have not tried any of the Fahrenheit flankers. But I love the original so much, I just may get a start on picking up some of them.

Fahrenheit was my signature scent back in '90 and have not really had much desire to get back to it (mostly because there are so many more new fragrances to discover), but FLP is a great twist on a masterpiece. Will probably wear a bit more as the cooler weather arrives.

Agreed with these 3 statements about Le Parfum.
I just received Fahrenheit Absolute, and can tell that it's a huge disappointment: weak, and in place of the leather of the original, just a generic ambery/musky/woody/eau de macy's base.

    Better than Office and Date?
I donít understand. It is so vast that surpasses all understanding.Understanding is always limited. But not understanding can have no boundaries.I feel like I'm much more complete when I don't understand. Not understanding, like I say,is a gift. Not understanding, but not as a simple-minded.The good thing is to be intelligent and not understand. It's a strange blessing, like having craziness without being crazy. It is a meek disinterest,it is a stupid sweetness.

I have recently become aware of Office and Date and kinda the story behind them...are they really that great? The seem crazy expensive for one guy's Kickstarter.

Also, where can I reliably buy Fahrenheit Parfum new?

So which one was a disappointment? Fahrenheit Le Parfum or Fahrenheit Absolute?

Cameron find them the best perfumes ever made. I never tried any of them.
I remember some guys finding some hard-to-find Diors at the Las Vegas boutique. If not there, maybe at any airport or just some specific places like Paris and London.

I certainly am! I have a full bottle of the first year release as well as two backups with the newer style box. and I have four backup bottles of DHP as that one actually has been disco'd and prices are already starting to spike.

It has not been discontinued, it was just never available in the US.

It actually was discontinued for a few months.
That's what the DIor product manager at LVMH told me.

But they revisited the idea of keeping it in production - however those decisions could change very fast.
I wouldn't guarantee that it will be still in production next year.
Latest DHP bottles I've seen were the 9K01 batch (October 2019).

This is a really nice one, wearing it today after picking it up a month or so ago. Absolute never did much for me, but I have been enjoying this one. A sweeter spin on the original, very comforting in cold months!
