This thread is starting to feel like a good smelling speakeasy! I'll join with:

    Song: The National Pink Rabbits
Drink: I currently don't drink, but if I did it would be an old fashioned
Scent: My sleeves are still smelling of yesterday's Iris Cendré by Naomi Goodsir, and I'm fine with that

A little trifecta planned for this evening. As the photo illustrates, two are yet unchristened. These were recent gifts. Some new vinyl and a new bottle of tequila. The vinyl a gift from my sister for my birthday, and the tequila a gift from a friend who was in Guanajuato, Mexico because I took care of his fur ball friends while he was away. In no way am I really a tequila person but I appreciate experiencing quality from all walks of life.

So I’ll crack on this evening and open new music and libations. The fragrance itself, while not a vanguard, is an easy reach for the gentle soul.

A little feast for the senses in these uncertain times.

    . . . . . . .

    Etta James - At Last

Maestro Dobel Tequila - Tequila Añejo

    Bois 1920 - Vetiver Ambrato

    Best,

Zeppelin and Doors and all the Grunge bands are what I grew up with and what I listened to the most at my late teens and early twenties when everyone around was into nu metal, rap, emo or dance music of the 00s. That was my form of being different, so I guess I was a hipster before hipsters became a thing.
I've actually moved away from them a bit since then and became more of a metal girl through the years, but the classic rock and grunge are still in my heart because that's what formed me as a person the most.
But thank you for a compliment!

At the moment it's the sounds of silence, water and Les Amoureux de Peynet by Molinard.
It'll soon change to coffee as the water has already boiled in my soul kitchen (I make coffee the Turkish way, brewing it in a metal pot, sometimes I drink it black, sometimes I add some lactose free milk) and the new album by My Dying Bride named The Ghost of Orion. The scent will remain the same.
