Default Are you wearing fragrance more or less during quarantine?

I'm curious for those of you in lockdown if you find yourself wearing fragrance more or less often? On on hand you might not see the point in putting on a nice fragrance when you have nowhere to go, on the other you might take this time to wear whatever you want without worrying about what other people think. Which side do you fall?

For me, I'm wearing fragrance much more often, putting on something in the morning and something else at night. It's a small daily pleasure I can still have and I find myself thinking about, reading about, and trying out fragrance way more than when things were normal. I've also gone completely floral (I'm a guy). Fragrances that I might be self conscious to wear in certain social settings like Carnal Flower, Une Rose, and Lys Mediteranee are getting a lot of love right now. Maybe it's also spring coming or I find florals comforting but it's interesting I don't feel like wearing any of my usual woody fragrances lately and I'm always going floral. In general I don't have any hangups about gender and perfume but this made me realize how much I do consider social context when choosing my fragrance (and outfit).

Wearing a fragrance is almost like leaving home.

For me I'm wearing about the same amount that I did before, maybe slightly less depending on the day.

Perhaps more than usual especially on the weekends. I am basically doing scent of the morning, scent of the afternoon then scent of the bedtime hours.

About the same as before. I wear my fragrances for myself so even though I've nowhere to go, I still like to smell good.

Same as usual. Maybe more if you count that I have time to reapply in the evening every day now when the fragrances get weaker, whereas before I was sometimes out until night so didn't get to reapply.

Pretty much as always, rather than radically more or less.

Already being a long term over-sprayer and working mostly from the home office anyway, even before the current situation, the quarantine just provided a further chance for seamless continuity of longer term fragrance wearing habits.

Wow I can't believe I'm the only one, but I'm not wearing fragrance at all during the quarantine. The maximum I've done is one spray on the wrist to enjoy the development of a certain fragrance through the day, which I normally do when I'm around the house, but since I live alone I don't see the point in wearing fragrance "the proper way".

A lot more, from 2 to 6 different perfumes each day, I spray with a lighter hand though, something I noticed is how surprisingly longer perfumes last now that I don't move around as much.

From a similar thread I made a few weeks ago, the answer is mostly the same.

I forgot to make “same” an option and most people seem wearing the same amount, although there are some changes in choice and use habits within that.

I’m wearing far less. I only use perfume Maybe once a week.
    1. No, never blind buy (I do, but do as I say, not as I do. I'm taking no responsibility for your fragrance gambling).
    2. Get them both. You're a Basenoter and you know you're going to end up purchasing them both eventually.
    3. Yes, it has been reformulated.
    4. Looking for a signature scent? You've come to the wrong place.

I wish I smelled more florals on men, because it’s just my favorite category. That and because most of the perfume I smell on other women are gourmands. I need more florals on everybody.

No change for me. I still go to the office for work. Even when I don’t leave the house nothing changes. I always wear whatever I want.

Oops sorry! I searched a few pages to find a similar thread before posting but apparently I didn't search well enough.

On another note, I hate to come in with a complaint as someone who isn't super active here but... I really wish people would expand a bit in their posts (not just in this thread but in general). Posting something like "yes", "no", "me too", "same" or simply listing off scents like in SOTD doesn't make for an interesting discussion. I'm not really taking a poll here but asking for people's thoughts on how being socially isolated might change their taste and habit's in fragrance.

More, because fragrance is prohibited at work. Now I can spray with reckless abandon.

It's almost amazing that in the time where people have the most opportunity to talk about useless crap (fragrances) that this may be the most boring time I've experienced. Anyways, personally I've been pouring it on. Went through a Jicky EDP wearing it every morning in the sun, went through a 30ml of Hermes Eau d'Orange Verte, been wearing lots of Caron's Pour un Homme and Chane's 31 Rue Cambon. Been getting a few comments that my perfume smells strongly "this morning".

Same. Nothing changed. I wear 3 or 4 a day same as before. Morning afternoon evening and bedtime.
FYI: I spray all fragrances on clothing, never on skin.
