agree but that is a little bit over his budget of $100. Could probably get a decant from someone for $100 though.

Another recommendation for Dior Homme Parfum and Fahrenheit Parfum and I’d also suggest Opium Pour Homme, and Rochas Moustache EdP

You want Beast Mode? Well here's two that are pretty beastly.

Signature scent next to Spicebomb Extreme
    Longevity: 8+ hours minimum
Projection: something that people would easily notice from 1-2 meters.
    Cost: up to $100
To be mass appealing, even if it is unique niche fragrance.
Having that Christmas and cosy vibe.
A suggestion like Amouage Interlude fits all your criteria except cost. As others have suggested you can get a decant of it and you don't need to use much given how strong it is. It will meet all your other criteria though - very strong projection even from one spray, it has a Christmas-like vibe given that it has sweet, smoke and incense. Hard to find anything that can be beat how strong this stuff is.

I get good longevity and above average projection. But it is not something I consider beastly. This is from an 8ml decant from Scentbird, so assuming it is real. My experience has never matched the furor on this particular fragrance.
    I smell.

I agree with Interlude Man and rum's recommendation that you get a decant of it to meet your budget.

Burvuvu is very assertive and wonderful.
FYI: I spray all fragrances on clothing, never on skin.
