I've moved this thread to the General forum.

So, are we considering starting a new volume of this thread on a monthly basis or an annual basis?
I cant wait to answer tomorrow! 🤗

Due to the amount of posts generated we are going with a monthly thread format for this thread. I'm trying to keep the yearly threads at around the 100 pages mark or less, any threads over that amount will be either monthly (starting now for December) or quarterly if we think that will work better for some threads (starting Jan, 2021).

Had a bit of a false start perfume-wise this morning. I'd picked Mon Guerlain EDP as part of this month's rotation but with the extra moisture in the air, the sweetness in this scent amped up too much for me so I had to go looking for another scent. I haven't worn L'Agent by Agent Provocateur since August so thought I'd give it a try and it's perfect - really loving this today! I may of picked it today because I haven't worn it for a few months but it's going in this month's rotation because it's smelling great in our current weather/humidity/climate and it's projecting a bit more then it usually does, too!

L'Heure Bleue Eau de Parfum by Guerlain
I nearly wore Mitsouko but both boxes are beside each other and I did pick up Mitsouko first. But then L'Heure Bleue Eau de Parfum shouted to my subconscious pick me!
So I did. Just to let you all know my subconscious usually picks all my fragrance apart from sync day when I have to think about it.
DONNA
Polo because it's my favorite.
"Ducks eat for free at Subway."
Continuing to wear Chanel Allure edt. Yesterday it was applied (lightly, I thought) around 9 am, along with a couple of drops of parfum. Fast forward to past 11 pm and the most beautiful jasmine note came wafting up from its depths. Heres hoping for a repeat performance!

No 22 Chanel - as I was pouring my second mug o'COFFEE, 22 wafted from my arm...
This smells f***ing fantastic! (Sorry Tom, though I like a bunch of your stuff 2, LOL)
Aldehydes, incense, flowers blended into one bouquet. I smell great.
I smell marshmallows!
Ebene - hadn't worn it in a while

I completely relate to this. Any time I over think my SOTD, it ends up being a far less satisfying experience. In fact, that is why I rarely participate in the syncs anymore. When I don't follow my gut instinct I end up feeling my perfume is wearing me instead of me wearing it.

I'm scent twins with VanillaCloud today in Chanel No. 22 today. I'm a little bit addicted to it lately and have worn it repeatedly.

Hadn't wore Avant Garde in a while.
Layton just sounded great today.
I'd been wanting to wear Dolce and Gabbana Pour Homme for the past few days and tonight I finally got around to it.

Rosam, because I felt like it.
Polo because it's my favorite.
"Ducks eat for free at Subway."
The 2nd December, I decided on wearing a 4160 Tuesday.
After that decision knew it was An Excess of Carelessness I wanted some soft a little sweet and this was the one. It reminds of a vintage Guerlain.
DONNA
I agree with Donna and Trilby Lark on allowing the gut choose the perfume of the day - it almost always gives a much better perfume experience. Although I love participating in Synchs.
I also sometimes open and sniff various perfume caps until something clicks. Sometimes more than one clicks, and then I have to decide which one I want more or which one will suit my day better.
Today I felt like wearing citruses. I do wear them mostly in summer, but sometimes I just crave them no matter what season it is. Wore Moschino's Cheap and Chic I Love Love in the morning and when it went away I switched to Lush's What would love do? around noon.
Knize Ten. Hadn't worn it for a couple of weeks. Missed it.
