Because it's Fahrenheit Friday!

Le Lion—today particularly because of the sublimer-than-usual vanilla in it. A particular vanilla note different from others I know of.

I'm wearing Kerosene Winter of 99 because we're getting some rainy winter weather starting today. I'm fond of rain so I wanted to enhance my mood.

They gave me a spray sample so I think I'll do a test run tomorrow before opening the bottle. I learned my lesson from a recent bad blind buy.
I also got spray samples of 1932, Beige, Jersey, and Sycomore. I sampled them all before except Jersey. I remember loving 1932 although there aren't many fans on BN. Damn! I should have asked for No. 18. Oh, well, I don't think straight and enter an altered state of consciousness when in the Chanel fragrance department.

I wore CK Condradiction for a Friday Synch, and in the evening changed into Alaia Nude because it was calling me for several days in a row now - everyday I would take off a cap, take a deep sniff, oooh and ahhhh, and proceed to choose a different scent. No more, my dear! I might make it into my scent of this weekend - unless I change my mind, of course. It's a very simple scent, but I find it beautiful. Should have bought a bigger bottle.
It’s a work day I went with Ralph Lauren Polo.
1932 fan here. I think it’s lovely and wearing it got compliments, especially the parfum. It’s true it doesn't get much discussion. I haven’t worn it in a while. That’s because of being besotted with a few other Chanels lately. My theory is 1932 is kind of in competition with other Chanels like Beige, No 5, Allure—similar but different, and it can get overlooked.

Polo because it's my favorite.

The discussion yesterday led me to wear Chanel 1932 parfum. Along with a kinship I seem to perceive with other Chanel florals, today it is reminding me of 31 rue Cambon as well.

I'm wearing CHANEL Cuir de Russie because it's the only frag my husband likes and occasionally I try to make him happy.
White Lotus by TRNP perfect for the colder temps in my area.
It’s a work day I went with Cartier Pasha De Cartier Parfum.
Haha found it really hard to find something to go with the mountain boots, tech jacket n warm hat ( yes we ha some snow and it stuck!)... EN seems to be my default casual and layers incredibly well with Carvens Vetiver.
1932 has a pronounced vintage vibe. I tried it very early in my fragrance journey and wore it while visiting San Francisco. I got numerous compliments and I rarely attract compliments. Maybe my extreme happiness of being in my hometown made me more approachable? (Not to mention my hippie-ish attire.)
I'm wearing Grand Soir to accompany the glorious rain were having. The warmth of amber is just sooo cozy!

Slumberhouse Baque ... because I wanted something that could stand up to the strong bourbon I'm drinking tonight.
