Looking at my notes for Autumn forest accord:
linalyl acetate herbal terpy woody
Hexyl cinnamic aldehyde cinnamon/clove balsamic like the oily skins of winter melons past their prime
ethyl heptanoate for a sweet ester scent, it's also oily like hexyl cinnamic ald.
Methyl-5 furfural - okay I like it sweet
Geosmin the nature of leaves in the fall are typically wet
Cedarwood as the sugars increase in trees, cedar can be smelled more strongly
Tobacco abs for the dried leaf aroma
Timbersilk to strengthen woody smell
Oakmoss mossy, herbal, dirty, moist
That's my truncated version.

Butter CO2, Tagetes, Azarbre, vertoliff, galbanum, PAA

Very interesting could go much further with dandelion but normally not a good smell but I think going heavier on honey type materials and the butter would make something really decent!!
