Ha, yes! He didn't make it from scratch, it came from the butcher's. But he did make creamy neeps & tatties to go with it. lt was delish.

No cranachan as there's no decent raspberries at this time of year. We had chocolate cake instead!

We have a purveyor of Scottish goods just north of me, and they make a vegetarian haggis. We ordered one for Burns Night last year, in addition to a regular lamb one, and it wasn't bad at all.
