Yahoo Perfumemaking is the group that many people learned with... when I first joined, Andy Tauer was in it with us.

But the Yahoo group really died away... and I sorely missed the conversations and camaraderie, So I started the FB group...
What is left at Groups.io of the yahoo group is mostly the files section worth plundering. Many people including myself built the files section with many bits of formulas and information. Yes, a few people are still there, but conversations are few and far between...

I have spent few hours on the old group... I found something interesting marked by the super Admin: "We do not believe in censure".
I guess this has to do a lot with the relaxed atmosphere prevailing on the old forum...
Having already been banned for 1 month for a fanciful reason... I can only applaud the non-censure vision and understanding better your nostalgia...
