    Hi !

    I just want to intruduce myself as I'm new on Basenotes. I'm so glad I found this place recently and finally decided to join in.
    English is not my first language, and I hope to be forgiven some mistakes in words and grammar ;-).

    Today I bought Allure EdP and was a bit disappointed because I remember this being a fuller, richer scent. I owned a bottle in 2000 and I guess it has been reformulated.

    Should I go for the Allure Parfum ?

    We have an older parfum mini. This is great, so maybe the current version is as well. It’s on my to-gift list for the future.

    Is the Parfum much different than the EdP ? I have to blindbuy because there aren't testers of the pure parfum around where I live.

    I'm not sure. I would need to try them side by side. As much perfume as I have, this is all I have for (feminine) Allure.

    I've tried others too, and liked them: I think the edt and Allure Sensuelle, but only the current parfum is on the future to-gift list.
