    Default CK One

Anyone got a "best guess" on a formulation that'll get me in the ballpark of CK One?

I caught a whiff this morning and was instantly transported to a time when Mtv still had anything to do with music. As I am still learning the craft, I thought this would be a fun one to play with.

    Any ideas?

A lottt of Hedione, Galaxolide and Bergamote, some DHM and Vertofix, and some clean musk like Habanolide (usual suspects). From what I remember it's pretty classic but there's that melon note, maybe some Melonal? And pretty watery, I'd guess Calone and Helional. Also something Anise-like, my Basil EO smells a lot like Anise, there is also Canthoxal but I haven't tried it. Sorry if this is a bit vague I'm still a beginner too! Hope it helps nonetheless

With so many components at an entire 10-fold range, would be interesting to see how difficult it would be to make something out of it.

I would venture to say it came from Perfuwoman's site, before it became a pay system.

Presumably they are due to the use of materials diluted in them.

Sorry, I donīt know why I thought the formula came from a GCMS.

I'm not a chemist, but I'm pretty sure that diluents like DPG & TEC do appear in GCMS analysis.

Looking at some diluted materials like peppermint at %10 or evernyl at %10 among others, I wonder why someone would use those materials diluted when doing a concentrate for a super massive batch of a commercial perfume.
