Kilian might be up for a big pay day for licensing rights.

JPG might be introuble with Roja Parfums too for using Scandal for their new release.

Its well ujderstood that the world is running out of product names. Thats why Hermes got stuck with H24, you think that was their first choice??

Thats why Givenchy is always making Gentleman this and Gentlemen that. They simply dont want to give up their use of such a valuable nameplate just to move to something silly like Hermes.

The solution is licensing but then the consumer loses due to price increases

Ya think? The dictionary is a pretty good sized book and my feeling is that there are a number of words that haven’t made their way into the fragrance world yet.

Maybe Paco Rabanne forgot Toys R Us doesn't have stores in malls anymore, so they need to find some other form of distribution.

Maybe. All I know is that bottle doesn’t say suave or sophisticated. It’s goofy.

Funnily the posts of Fragrantica and the Youtube videos are deleted now.
So it's a real phantom huh?

Here are the notes which were deleted too:

Top notes: pine, mandarin orange, amalfi lemon and coriander
Heart notes: cyclamen, tea, jasmine and lavender
Base base notes: tonka bean, virginia cedar, sandalwood and musk.

I'm not sure. I actually think Fragrantica somehow copied the wrong notes and put them under the Phantom page. I think only lemon, lavender, and vanilla were mentioned by Paco Rabanne as the notes for Phantom. But I'm not sure if they removed it due to copyright issues.

But it wasn’t only Fragrantica. It disappeared from Parfumo also.

Nothing wrong with the name. Puig just doesn't want Phantom to be on that sites before official release. Soon it will return.

The red and black futuristic one or the VW bug? I think this bottle is cool too but why "Phantom"? Ruined the theme. If I had money to burn, and the arms and legs move, I'd swoop it up.

Can I buck the trend here and say I kind of want it just because I want a cool little robot bottle in my collection?

I actually kind of like the bottle? As a previous poster said, it wouldn't be Paco Rabanne without the gaudiness, and I find it rather cute. The name isn't a great for it in my opinion though. It sounds too serious.

Also, any company worth their salt performs IP checks on their product names long before launch. Just throwing this out there.

I think mine was red, black, and silver? The head of the robot was the center of the car, the cockpit basically. Blue tinted windows.

Fougère , Fruity , Woody.....Invictus type of fragrance, for the younger crowd.... big dissapointment.
I only test it from a sample in paper that my PACO AD care to share. He started saying ,.,, "dont judge it until you try it on" .... that alone is testimony.
    Paco ....paco .... WTF!

Phantom was developed by perfumers Loc Dong, Juliette Karagueuzoglou, Dominique Ropion and Anne Flipo, with the assistance of artificial intelligence. The notes include lavender, lemon, patchouli, vetiver and vanilla.

Nice perfumers. I thought Juliette Karagueuzoglou did really well with YSL Tuxedo's Vanilla Patchouli, I imagine this one will be good also.

The AI assistance is intriguing to me, I wonder how it helps? Like it picks the notes or determines the right ratios or what? I'm not sure how advanced perfumery AI is
